1. It is a rule of the building that all guests must present a copy of their passport or other identification document. This is necessary to register the names of the people who will be staying in the apartment and to allow access to the building.
2. The apartment is ideal for a maximum of two people.
3. Visitors are not allowed. Children over 5 years old count as one person. It is expressly forbidden for underage visitors to the apartment, unless accompanied by their legal guardians. In Brazil, this is a crime and you are responsible for it. We will not be able to do anything if you break the law.
4. People wearing inappropriate clothing are not allowed in the hallway or at the entrance of the building. If a resident complains, or the doorman sees someone doing something wrong, the building manager may issue a warning or a fine and the amount will be charged to the guest. In the event of a repeat offense, the guest must leave the apartment without any type of refund.
5. The apartment is located in a residential building. It is not permitted to make noise in the apartment that could disturb the neighbors. (Silence Law - 10:00 p.m.). It is not permitted to have parties in the apartment, it is ideal for two guests.
6. After the check-out time of the contracted departure date, our hosts are authorized to enter the apartment.
7. Illegal drugs are not allowed in the apartment, and this is another case in which you may be held criminally liable.
8. The building offers a cleaning service that must be scheduled in advance at the building's reception. The hours are subject to change, but normally from Monday to Friday the hours are from 8 am to 3 pm, and Saturdays from 9 am to 11 am. On Sundays and holidays there is no cleaning service. This service is to clean the apartment and does not include changing towels and bed linen.
9. Along with the key, the guest will receive a security card that activates the apartment's energy. Every time the guest leaves the apartment, the guest must leave the card at the reception for security reasons. If the guest loses this card, he/she will be charged for it.
