- When making a reservation, guests must send us a photo of their ID to be registered at the building's reception desk;
- Check-in time is until 6 PM; after this time, there will be a charge of R$ 150.00 to be paid upon arrival at the apartment via P.O.S to the company employee.
- No noise is allowed between 10 pm and 8 am;
- It is important to emphasize that smoking, using illicit drugs and holding parties inside the apartment are prohibited;
- Visitors are not allowed in the apartment. Only guests included in the reservation and properly registered are authorized to access the property. The entry of unregistered individuals is not permitted at any time, and failure to comply with this rule may result in penalties in accordance with the property’s policies.
- Check-in from 3 pm, Check-out by 10 am. If there are no guests scheduled to arrive on the same day, we can be flexible with the time, as long as the request is made the day before.
